IT-Archive is a service package involving off-site storage of carriers with backup copies. The tapes are delivered to and collected from our client’s site according to a schedule, but in emergency situations we can deliver carriers 24/7. The carriers are stored in secure safes located in the modern Libris archive. Full safety is guaranteed by a multi-layered security system comprising organizational, physical and IT safeguards as well as tape monitoring (real time tracking of data carriers) during transport from the client’s location to the Libris archive. A system of organizational procedures and a continuously improved Security Policy additionally mitigate the risk of loss of valuable data.

Authorized fast access to backup copies

Access to the data carriers stored in the Libris archive is granted only to users authorized by the client. You can quickly and easily request the delivery of a given carrier online. We make it available even within 1 hour of placing the request for delivery.
